Right next door
North Fort Myers is mostly unincorporated Lee County, with established single-family neighborhoods, golf communities, and manufactured home parks along US 41 and Bayshore Road. Many homes here date from the 1970s through the 1990s and are ready for updates that make them easier to live in.
Sitting right next to our Cape Coral base, North Fort Myers is close to home for us, from the Shell Factory stretch of 41 to the neighborhoods along the river.
