Refining a newer home
Set around a private freshwater lake near FGCU and Miromar Outlets, Miromar Lakes is a newer, upscale community. Homes here rarely need saving. They need refinement: built-ins and trim that match the quality of the house, a primary bath that feels like a resort, or a better connection between indoor rooms and the lake.
Projects in a community like this run on approvals, access rules, and neighbors who expect a tidy site. Our clients regularly mention that our crews clean up every day, and that matters even more here.

What our clients say
My opinion is that he did a very good job, it was a custom job too. He did exactly as we asked and he cleaned everything up everyday, was on schedule and the price was a fair one.
