Old Fort Myers and new
Fort Myers has some of the oldest housing in Lee County. Near the downtown River District and along the McGregor corridor, older homes come with wood framing, plaster walls, and the occasional surprise behind them. Farther south and east, newer subdivisions bring a different list: tired builder kitchens, small primary baths, and dated trim.
